Chris Brown Scores First Ever Number 1 Album With 'F.A.M.E',, Fans React On Twitter

Don't call it a comeback ....No we're not talking about the legend LL Cool J but instead we're speaking on troubled star Chris Brown and his rise back to the top of the Billboard album chart.

Brown's ''F.A.M.E'' has moved 270k copies in its first week, more than doubling the first week numbers of his 2009 release ''Graffiti''.

They say no publicity is bad publicity, and Brown's recent success may further prove that theory. After being in the news about nude pics of him leaking, he made even bigger headlines with his rampage at ABC that saw him throw a chair at a window.

For the first time in a while, Chris Brown had good news to tweet. “I wanna thank all of my fans for making my album number 1 in the country!! I love you! We did it,” Brown expressed over Twitter. “I live for my music!! I survive for my fans!!!”

Fans of the entertainer were equally congratulatory over Twitter and seemed genuinely happy for their favorite soul-singing rebel. “CONGRATS TO CHRIS BROWN..........F.A.M.E. IS NUMBER ONE IN THE COUNTRY!!!!!!!” tweets @Kasper4779. “Congrats to Chris Brown on the number 1 album; its well deserved,” another fan @Sarah_SFNR added.

Some weren’t so pleased with the album’s success. “Chris Brown has the number one album on billboard. this is why people hate Americans,” says @jenna_dubs. “Disappointed in the american public for buying enough copies of chris brown's album to put him at number one,” @djbrainchild states.

“S/O to Chris Brown for snagging that number 1 spot. You proved that it's about the MUSIC! Congrats!”
tweeted @TheDejaune. While Brown’s F.A.M.E. stands for “Forgiving All My Enemies”, this time they probably are forgiven.
