"P.O.W.E.R Management Group (Promoting over achievement with elite representation) began in early 2010 by Juan Caro, Co-CEO and Chief Marketing Officer, and Alberto Gil, President and Co-CEO. Working hand-in-hand alongside Karina Cabreja Public Relations director and on-air personality for Fast Forward Radio. PMG consists of a fully staffed Media and Marketing Department, as well as Events planning. The management company is currently blossoming with many upcoming projects where true talent is showcased. Their most recent project The DoKumentary by Paul Johnson JR of Rainy Days Films premieres January 4th, 2011 at Tribeca Film Theater.
Juan and Alberto met a few years ago and they knew there was more than just a friendship, it was the creation of P.O.W.E.R. Management Group. It all began when the common interest of entrepreneurship arose in a natural conversation. Both well aware they wanted to do something within the entertainment industry, it became all trial and error. Through the years their different ventures have ranged from promoting parties, creating an online magazine, to debuting a clothing brand, which lead to the creation of P.O.W.E.R Management Group. Juan and Alberto again tried various ways that they can use their inspiration and motivation to help others make it and provide their talent of execution.
PMG has a lot in store for us. A music label entitled P.O.W.E.R. Music Group, an out source media group called P.O.W.E.R. Media and some of their upcoming projects on Fast Forward Radio and PMG TV. As a movement within itself, the people behind it, are grinding all day everyday and finding motivation to succeed and exceed in every way. They are just not a management company but a dynamic entertainment power house in the making. Their main focus right now is the success of their client Paul Johnson JR and his film, The DoKumentary...."
